Community/Board Meetings are held monthly, on the third Tuesday of the month, at 9:30am at the Gathering Place. We encourage residents to attend the monthly meetings to learn more about the community and share their input. The Agenda and the Committee, Finance, and Management Reports are distributed monthly by email ahead of the meeting, and the meeting minutes are distributed monthly by email afterwards.

For questions, concerns, or requests, contact the board via our property manager at:

Committee Terms

Ad-hoc Committee — These are the committees that are of limited duration that were initiated by the board to perform a special function. The board develops the mission for an ad-hoc committee. The committee develops, or oversees experts who develop, the scope, schedule, estimated budget, implementation plan, request for proposals, and recommendations to the board for the project’s installation.

Chairperson — Leads the committee, submits monthly reports for Countryhouse members to read, works with the Property Manager (Mill House), communicates with the board, seeks expertise as needed, and manages their membership.

Board Liaison — This is a Board member who is also a committee member and provides updates and needs between the two groups.

Close Representatives

Close representatives serve as advocates for their closes, working collaboratively with their neighbors, committees, and the board to facilitate communications and solutions.

Some examples of things that a close rep might do:

  • Identify common area needs and assistance in contacting Mill House. For example: dying tree, drainage issues, asphalt potholes.
  • Follow-up with your neighbors to check if a vendor completed work as requested, such as bricks on the walkway still popping up, roof gutters visibly clogged. You are not responsible for accuracy or completion, but offer residents another way to communicate with the Board.
  • Assist a neighbor with Mill House property manager’s software, AppFolio.
