This week the landscaping crew will finish the trimming in the last Beechmast close. As we can all see, the leaves are starting to fall in earnest, so the focus will now be on blowing and mulching the leaves in preparation for winter.

This week, JCnJC Home Repair will  be on site in several closes to make repairs to decks identified by the maintenance committee for repair: Baneberry 302; Sycamore 329; Weymouth 350; Lyndfield 390; Wintercrest East 418, 429, 431, 436; Crossvine 450; Lower Beechmast 467, 473

This week in Countryhouse the landscaping crew will focus on the leaves piling up everywhere. This week the landscaping crew will again be focused on mulching and blowing leaves. They plan to work in Crossvine and Wintercrest East, but progress will be dependent on the dampness of the leaves after last Thursday’s heavy rain.

Because of Thanksgiving, this is a short work week for the landscaping crew. They will go around to all the closes and blow off walkways and driveways. Next week they will start the second round of leaf mulching and blowing.

Gutter cleaning & roof blowing December 2nd – December 6th, 2024 Beginning at 301 Baneberry and moving consecutively through the closes, ending at 503 Beechmast.
