The landscaping crew has almost finished the trimming of shrubs, with only the Beechmast closes left to do.
The focus will shift to the leaf accumulation in yards. In grassy areas the leaves will be mulched and left on the lawns or put into landscape beds, thus providing organic matter and nutrients to both. In backyards and natural areas the leaves will be left on the ground instead of blowing them into the woods.
